They run a tight ship and they do it right. No project will ever go perfectly with sometimes things that just don’t go right, or things that weren’t expected happened.
There was a puddle of finish that the crew missed on the second to last day of the finishing and they came out and sanded down that area and fixed it. The room was hard to tell where the finish was pooled and the crew fixed it no questions asked.
This crew really stands out from start to finish. They handled everything with professionalism and in an expediant fashion, gave my wife and I a beautiful hardwood floor that matched the existing hardwood floor that was put in the house back in the 1960s.
